Authenticity

Are the products sold on Anywhim authentic?

All products sold on Anywhim are authentic .
Before arriving in your hands, they have been checked by our experts who make sure of their quality and authenticity, which sometimes explains the extension of some delivery times.

These products come directly from our network of suppliers and professional partners across Europe, and sometimes even beyond (if your pair is really, really rare and we had to turn the earth to find it).
They have never been worn and are delivered in their original box with all accessories. A seal is applied to each product which guarantees its authenticity.

PS: Once this seal has been removed, it is no longer possible to return the product. Now it's yours.

How do you get products that are sold out in all the traditional stores and sites?

We explain everything: Most of the products sold on Anywhim come out in limited quantities and are often sold out in physical stores and on brand websites in a very short time.

Our mission : to ensure that these products are always available for you, and that you can purchase them with complete peace of mind, without extractions or stressful queues.
To do this, we have created a network of partners who are experts in selling these products so that you can find them even weeks, months or even years after the release date.

How do you authenticate products?

Every product sold on Anywhim passes through the hands of our experts for quality and authenticity control .

Every detail is meticulously examined to allow us to determine whether a product is indeed authentic and does not have any manufacturing defects.

Are the products used? Do they show signs of wear?

All products sold on Anywhim have never been worn .
Our team ensures, during the quality and authenticity check, that they are in perfect condition and show no signs of wear or significant manufacturing defects.
Furthermore, each product comes with its original packaging and additional accessories (laces, etc.).

Shipping and delivery

When will I receive my order?

We deliver our products directly to your home via DHL Express or UPS.
Our order processing times average 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders in Italy and 4 to 12 days for orders in Europe.

Products marked with the words " EXPRESS " they are delivered within a maximum of 2 working days .
These products are already in our warehouses and have already been checked and authenticated by our experts.
If you order one of these products, the package will arrive at your home within two working days .

Each product ordered on Anywhim is sourced individually from our network of reseller partners.
If the order includes multiple products , these will be shipped individually based on the date of receipt at our office, so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.

What is the difference between STANDARD and EXPRESS delivery?

When selecting the size you will have the possibility to choose between Standard or Express delivery.

EXPRESS products are already in our warehouses and have already been checked and authenticated by our experts.
If you order one of these products, the package will arrive at your home within two working days .
Unfortunately this option is not always available for all products and all sizes, but we work every day to be able to offer you more and more products with delivery within 2 working days.

If the EXPRESS option is not available you can purchase any product via STANDARD delivery , in this case once the order is received, we will find your item(s) through our network of partner retailers , the product will be then shipped to our headquarters where it is subjected to a quality and authenticity check and then we will ship it directly to your home.
Delivery times for the STANDRD option may vary, we usually deliver all orders within 3-10 working days .

What happens after I place an order for STANDARD delivery?

Once you place your order on our site, you will be sent an email containing your order number .
If the product ordered is not available in our warehouses, we will search for it in our network of European reseller partners . Once found, the product will be sent to our headquarters, where it will be authenticated and checked by our team.
Once the authentication process has been passed, the product (along with its original packaging ) is packaged and shipped.

You will then receive an email and an SMS with a tracking number that will allow you to follow his journey.
Once you receive this email, your order will be delivered within 2 working days .
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, DHL or UPS will allow you to reschedule the delivery, deliver your package to a trusted neighbor or to a drop-off point near you.

Returns and exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel an order by contacting our customer service via the request form or Whatsapp, provided that it is not an order with EXPRESS delivery.

In the case of an order with STANDARD delivery it will be possible to modify or cancel it only if the order status (visible in Account > Orders) is " Order confirmed " or " Product search ".
Once your order status is at " In transit to Anywhim " or later, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel your order. In this case, don't panic, you just have to wait for the order to be delivered to you and carry out the classic return procedure.

Can I ask for a refund?

Once you have received the product, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the package, taking care to respect the conditions for returns.
The return shipping costs, equal to €15 for orders from Italy , are paid by the Customer and will be deducted directly from the refund once the return has been processed.
Click here and fill out the return request form , within 24 hours you will receive an email containing the shipping label and the necessary instructions.
In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be respected:

  1. The product must never have been worn
  2. The product must be returned with the following elements: original box, accessories and above all the seal still attached . Otherwise, the exchange will be rejected .
  3. The item must be protected by double packaging (the original package or a special cardboard box).
  4. The return form must be inserted inside the package.

Once your return has been examined and validated by our teams, our customer service team will send you a refund equal to the value of the initial order (excluding shipping and return costs) using the payment method you used to make the order. 'purchase.
Please note: we do not accept exchanges on socks and cleaning kits.
If the return is rejected by our team, it will be possible to get the product back; however, you will have to pay for shipping costs.

Prices and discounts

How is the price of products determined?

Each price offered by Anywhim is regularly updated to offer you the fairest offer possible.
This price depends on the model, size and its current value on the market.

Our mission is to ensure that these products are always available at the best price .
The price indicated is the final price. There are no additional costs to add at the time of payment, the only costs to be incurred are shipping (in case the order is less than €200) and return.

Why are some products "Currently unavailable"?

If your dream product is displayed as " Currently unavailable ", it is because it is now very difficult (if not impossible) to find it in our reseller network.

Are there any discount codes?

Are the products for men or women?

The products sold on Anywhim are unisex .
We invite you to always refer to your European size, which does not change from one model to another.

What is the maximum or minimum size?

The sizes available on our site depend on the model. If a size is obscured, it means that we are unable to find that size for that model. Either it does not exist or is not available at the moment.

Payment methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit card and Paypal.

It is also possible to choose payment in 3 free installments for a minimum order of €100 . Simply select the Afterpay - Payment in 3 installments without commissions option to pay for your purchase and enter your payment method securely.
